Voluntary Charitable Contributions
Donations to Madre Carmen Legacy Foundation are voluntary charitable contributions that support the Foundation’s tax-exempt mission.
Refund Requests
Donations are generally non-refundable. If a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly at madrecarmenlegacyfoundation@gmail.com. Requests will be reviewed individually, taking the circumstances, processing status, and applicable requirements into account.
Recurring Donations
Recurring donors may request cancellation of future scheduled donations. Canceling future payments does not automatically refund donations already processed. We will make cancellation instructions clear when recurring giving becomes available.
Pledges
Pledge terms and payment schedules will be clearly displayed and agreed to by the donor before authorization. Donors should contact the Foundation promptly if their circumstances change or they need to discuss a pledge.
ACH and Bank Debit Authorization
Any future ACH or bank debit authorization and cancellation procedures will follow the terms presented to the donor at checkout and applicable payment-network requirements.
